Take 5 breaths, give them you're full attention.


Notice if your breath changes, just because you're paying attention to it.


Notice the sound of your breath.


Notice the feeling of your breath moving through your nose.


Notice the movement of your body as you breathe.


Sense that every cell in your body is breathing.........



Revel in having spent some time being consciously aware of something that's happening right now and allowing yourself to come off autopilot even if only for a moment.
