Stress is a normal part of life and isn’t always a bad thing, however, sometimes life becomes so stressful that it starts to affect our mental and physical health and we can feel burnt out.  If you notice that you’re:


  • clenching or grinding your teeth

  • you have tension headaches

  • you’re more irritable

  • you’re sleep is disrupted

  • you’re finding it hard to concentrate

  • you’re less inclined to do the things you enjoy


then it may be time to think about ways of reducing stress. Both CBT and Yoga Therapy can offer ways to help us think about how we can reduce stress and develop resilience so life’s challenges don’t impact us so much.
