During the summer I teamed up with MindOwl to create an online course on 'Managing Stress, Anxiety & Worry with Mindfulness'. We wanted to put something together to help people recognise when anxiety is becoming a problem, to develop a deeper sense of calm and become more tolerant of uncertainties and discomfort.
