My Approach
As a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Yoga Therapist, I can work within either approach or in a more integrative way using a combination of the two. I also draw on mindfulness, compassion and acceptance based approaches.
About me
I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with 7 years experience of working with depression and anxiety disorders within the NHS and privately. I’m also a Yoga Therapist for Mental Health, speaker, lecturer and researcher.
Getting Help
Sometimes it isn’t obvious that we may be struggling with our mental health. Finding out more about common mental health difficulties can potentially shed some light on our own experiences and prompt us to think about how we can make changes.
