There's no getting away from the fact that we are all living in a time of increased uncertainty at the moment and that this has the potential for knocking us off balance at best, and seriously impacting our mental health at worst. So I put together a short session (well, shortish, 45 mins) on using some simple cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness based techniques to learn ways to reduce stress by engaging less with worry and turning down physical feelings of anxiety. The session can be accessed for free here (the session starts about 7 minutes in).

Huge thanks to Healthflix for setting up this platform and inviting me to deliver this session.
